For this project in Livingston, we designed and installed both a main bathroom and a coordinating en-suite, creating two calm, contemporary spaces that feel cohesive while being tailored to their individual uses.

The main bathroom centres around a Carron Quantum double-ended bath, paired with Barwick sanitaryware for a clean, streamlined look. Large-format Exigo matt porcelain tiles (1200 × 600) were used across the walls and floor, bringing a soft marble-effect finish that keeps the space light and timeless. A standout feature is the Barwick Cadence fluted vanity unit in Viridian Green, topped with an integrated basin and finished with chrome brassware for a crisp contrast. An illuminated circular mirror and subtle chrome accessories complete the space, balancing everyday practicality with refined design.

The en-suite complements the main bathroom while offering a more compact, contemporary feel. Here, a Barwick Elementary shower tray with a chrome sliding door creates a sleek walk-in shower area, finished with Lin and Reves Jade porcelain tiles to add gentle variation in tone and texture.

A Cadence wall-mounted vanity unit in Laurel Green provides useful storage while keeping the floor space clear, paired with a modern illuminated mirror and chrome fittings throughout for a polished, cohesive finish.

Designed as a pair, both rooms reflect the client’s preference for clean lines, soft colour and practical luxury – demonstrating how carefully chosen products and finishes can elevate everyday spaces into bathrooms that feel considered, calm and built to last.
