EKCO supply and install three models of bi-fold door – our own EK-160 and EK-140 aluminium bi-folds, plus the Dutemänn bi-fold door. Here is a list of our bi-fold doors with prices for each model in a 6-door configuration. All our bi-fold doors come with free design from our award-winning EKCO designers and are available for supply and installaition to homeowners, architects and builders, across the Central Belt of Scotland, or on a supply-only basis if you’re based elsewhere.

EKCO EK-160 aluminium bi-fold doors are the ultimate in British craftsmanship. The 160 in the name means that the sightlines (width of two outer frames together) are 160mm of premium-grade aluminium which is built to last. Our two-door configuration is offered in a range of standard sizes and colours. Or, you can upgrade to bespoke-sized doors and choose from over 150 RAL colours. You can even choose different colours for the interior and exterior and colour-coded gaskets for the ultimate contemporary finish.
Our state-of-the-art doors come complete with your choice of handle and are ready for a 24mm double glazed glass or 32mm triple glazed glass. Security is top of the list and the EK-160 bi-fold door adheres to police-preferred ‘Security by Design’ standards which means they’ll protect your home and family from even the most determined intruder. The EK-160, being our own EKCO bi-fold door, is available with a short lead time so you can have your dream doors delivered and installed in a matter of days.
The EK-140 has most of the same benefits as the EK-160, but is a German-engineered, Schüco aluminium bi-fold – widely reputed to be among the best on the market today. 140 indicates that it has slimmer sightlines than the EK-160 which means less frame and more glass. It can also cope with higher apertures than the EK-160. The EK-140 comes in three standard colours – white gloss, anthracite grey matt and black matt, but you can also choose to upgrade and benefit from a wide selection of RAL colours to add a touch of individuality.
In addition to our own EKCO doors we can offer German-engineered Schüco bi-fold doors by Dutemänn. Dutemänn bi-fold doors are the slimmest ones yet with sightlines which are only 120mm wide. However, the Dutemänn bi-fold is comfortably capable of accommodating individual glass panels of 1,200mm wide by 3,000mm high or spanning up to 18-panels wide for a truly panoramic wall of light. Dutemänn bi-folds come in 5 standard shades and colours – black, white, gloss white, pebble grey, slate grey and anthracite. However, you can also choose to upgrade to over 200 different RAL colours including a marine finish which is perfect for coastal areas.
