Kitchens Design Process

Step 1
Be Inspired! Visit our deceptively large showroom and see stunning kitchens & bathrooms creatively displayed to demonstrate your design options.  With coffee in hand, spend time with us so we can fully understand what you want your new kitchen or bathroom to deliver. With enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of our products we can advise on a myriad of possibilities from the practical to the exotic limited only by your imagination.

Step 2
One of our experienced design consultants will arrange to visit your home to carefully measure the room in question. Apart from providing accurate dimensions and detail to work with, this is an opportunity to discuss your ideas in detail in the very space you wish us to transform.  Please allow at least one hour for this very important part of the process.

Step 3
At a time to suit you, we will arrange an appointment at our showroom to present and discuss our proposed design ideas. By using the leading computer aided design system, you will be able to see full colour photorealistic images of your new kitchen or bathroom. Our customers invariably comment that the detail and realism of our drawings make it very easy to understand the design and appreciate how it can transform their kitchen or bathroom. Being at the showroom allows your design consultant to show specific product details which are important in fully appreciating what we are proposing.  To give you time to discuss all aspects of your design, we would suggest that you allow one to two hours for this meeting. At this stage you may conclude your order or request some amendments to be undertaken and subsequently conclude at a second presentation meeting.

Step 4
Once you have placed your order, a final survey by our installation manager will be arranged. This is a double check to ensure that installation of the agreed design will go as smoothly as possible. Once this has been completed we will order all products required and provide a provisional installation date.

Step 5
Our installation department will confirm the start date and for your peace of mind, the complete process will be controlled by our installation manager.  You will be advised of the expected duration of the installation.

Step 6
